Our capabilities
Precision turning and milling of complex small machined parts with assembly completion abilities (Insertion, Rivet, Staking)
Engineering
Our Engineering team has over 50 years combined experience processing complex small machined parts for our customers. We use the latest version of Mastercam and take advantage of high speed and dynamic toolpaths to produce the highest quality parts. We also use SpaceClaim for importing 3D models from our customers.
CNC Milling
At Jobin Machine we use Haas VF-2's in our Milling Department. All the equipment is late model, incorporating the latest technology with through-spindle coolant and Renishaw probing. Four machines are equipped with Hass's HRT-2 4th axis rotary tables.
CNC Turning
Jobin Machine has four Okuma turning centers. Okuma machinery is known for its high quality and ability to produce consistent results and work to tight tolerances.
Inspection
Our Inspection department works to ensure Jobin Machine's quality remains of the highest standard. Our team of inspectors are trained to use our Faro Arm and Keyence inspection tools along with standard digital height gages and standard inspection equipment.
Deburring
We maintain our own in-house deburring stations to control the quality of product throughout the manufacturing process. We consider our talented deburring technicians to be artists.
Assembly/Toolroom
Assembly work is completed in our Toolroom. We have an assortment of hydraulic and pneumatic presses and special fixturing to produce assemblies. We make all our own fixturing and gages in out Toolroom staffed by experienced machinists. The machinists work closely with our Engineering & Quality departments to produce fixturing and gaging of the highest standards.
